I Started to talk with stakeholders and we talk about the urgency of the revamp and in order to make the website allign with new business purpose and a culture that finfolk want to focus on.

Finfolk network is an Indonesian based digital content network company specializing in the financial industry

After we discuss and try to understand about the target. i try to create an observation and turns it into a persona to make me clear which target user that finfolk really want.

A/B Testing website visual treatment

I made a/b testing to find out which visual treatment is suitable for the Finfolk website, whether it's a light theme or a dark theme

Qualitative Result

From prospective of our potential users who we interview regularly to understand how they behave in browsing a website, especially their convenience in reading content, we found several conclusions.

Finding: Exploring Homepage

1. Users prefer the light theme because it is more comfortable to read, especially about financial language

2. Users want a home that can provide news highlights so that they can be updated on the latest financial news

New User Interface Approach

We are trying to develop new visuals that are adapted from various user inputs we get from A/B Testing. and here we create a conceptual with news highlights where users can enjoy fullscreen banners that are tailored to the highlights they want to explore.

in the design of the new Finfolk business which is a financial education medium. We strive to emphasize the homepage which is always updated with new news in the financial world. This homepage also makes it easier for users to directly read related articles. With a new focus on highlighting article content, it is hoped that there will be new opportunities in business, one of which is partnerships and advertisements

Podcast & Video

In addition, in the new website, Finfolk tries to focus its business on podcast channels and videos that represent Finfolk's version of financial education. it also aims to make users closer to the finfolk brand and also strengthen the advertisement and promotion aspects

Overall Project Result

- for finfolk media, the result is that the entire content team can move and social media has new endpoints or KPIs that have an impact on the business. One of them is the entry of a new partnership, namely advertisement on the website

- this brings new improvements compared to the previous version where the website has no activity and also always ends up with a high error rate (404)

One To Infinity Club NFT's

Meanwhile, for OTIC with all the information offered by the NFT, 291 holders have been successfully purchased or converted into OTIC holders with a valuation of 3.8 ETH per minting or equivalent to IDR 171.999,000 per one holder.

For the minting process itself, the holders are quite happy with the experience and also the simple flow provided, even though in terms of experience users do need to learn something new or connect their Metamask, which is basically something new for them, this becomes very easy with complete information and channels. where they communicate
